About the role
Ultrasound Technician The Ultrasound Technician performs a variety of specialized technical tasks utilizing high frequency ultrasound waves to assist with the detection of medical conditions or abnormalities by producing images of the inside of a patient's body.
Minimum Requirements:
- A certification from an accredited ultrasound school
- One year of experience as an ultrasound technician preferred.
- Current CPR if applicableTB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
