Oilfield Sand Logistics Laborer (Frac Support)
Location: Williston Basin, ND Pay: $24.00/hr Overtime: $36.00/hr after 40 hours We're hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to support frac sand operations at active North Dakota well sites. This is a hands-on role that keeps completion jobs running safely and on schedule. Schedule & Pay 12-hour shifts Plus approximately 2 hours of paid travel time per shift Consistent overtime available
Job Duties: Direct sand trucks in and out of location Spot trucks safely onto offload platforms Assist with unloading frac sand using gravity-fed belt systems Keep work areas clean and equipment operating properly Follow all safety rules and wear required PPERequirements Able to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions Strong communication and situational awareness on busy job sites Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willing and able to travel to remote well sites Oilfield or winter driving experience preferred
