About the role
Seeking a skilled Braze Campaign Specialist for a 3+ month remote contract, this role will manage the building, coding, QAing, and deployment of CRM campaigns using Braze, with a focus on email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
Key responsibilities
Build, QA, and deploy email, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns within Braze using HTML, CSS, and Liquid
Leverage customer attributes and audience data to create personalized customer experiences and ensure accurate campaign delivery
Troubleshoot campaign issues and validate personalization to ensure timely and high-quality execution of CRM campaigns
Required qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns within Braze
Advanced experience with Braze Campaigns, Canvas journeys, and dynamic content
Strong proficiency in Liquid templates and HTML/CSS email development
Experience in configuring audiences using customer attributes and behavioral segmentation
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaign builds and deadlines
