About the role
Sompo seeks an AVP, Product and Regulatory Counsel to support North America Insurance P&C underwriting teams in Morristown, NJ and other eligible offices. You will draft policy forms, advise underwriters on terms, and assist with regulatory filings and compliance.
The role requires a JD and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Collaboration across underwriting, claims, risk, actuarial, and legal teams is essential.
