Finance Manager – Corporate Reporting
Location: Chicago IL – Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Corporate Reporting to lead global monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting activities. The role will oversee consolidated financial statements, technical accounting, financial controls, process improvements, and a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and oversee consolidated Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities. Provide guidance on technical accounting, financial reporting, and SEC requirements. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts. Support internal and external audits and work with senior finance stakeholders. Drive process improvement, efficiency, and internal control initiatives. Maintain financial reporting policies, procedures, and process documentation. Work with SAP and HFM consolidation systems and support reporting processes.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.7+ years of accounting/finance experience. Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate reporting, and technical accounting. Experience with financial consolidation and reporting systems. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with multinational organizations or Big 4 accounting firms preferred. CPA or advanced degree preferred. HFM, SAP, and Workiva experience is a plus.
