About the role
Pet Therapy enhances a patient's quality of life. Credentialed* therapy dogs and their handlers visit patients, staff, and guests throughout the hospital, aiding in the healing process and enhancing emotional coping mechanisms. APPLY HERE: www.integrishealth.org/volunteer Pet must be certified through a credentialed therapy dog organization. Documentation of certification, insurance, and vet records required.
