About the role

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled LeadHVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment while ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position does not require over-night travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork etc.
Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
Ensure installations meet code requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsEPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional communication and teamwork skills
