About the role

Overview:Role:Data Pipeline Development: Design, build, and optimize complex data pipelines and data warehouse solutions (using Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Matillion ( or similar ELT/ETL tools) ).Architecting new patterns within Snowflake, defining standards and reference architecture within SnowflakeCloud Migration: Transition legacy systems to cloud-based data solutions.Data Governance & Quality: Ensure high standards in data governance, security, and validation.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior management to align data engineering efforts with business needs.Team Leadership: Lead or coach team members (particularly for Manager roles). Skills & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 7+ years developing and implementing data warehouses or cloud data solutions.2+ years managing a team in a data engineering capacity.Must have 2+ years Snowflake architectural experienceTechnical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting languages (PowerShell).Tools: Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, or similar ELT/ETL tools.
