About the role
To enhance personalization strategies, the full-time salaried Research Scientist - Personalization will analyze data and develop models to improve user experiences in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement machine learning models to optimize personalization algorithms
Analyze user data to identify trends and insights that inform product decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate personalization features into products
Required qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
Experience with machine learning frameworks and data analysis tools
