About the role

Machine OperatorSBA Home North Carolina - The first production facility in the USA by SBA Group, a furniture manufacturer from EU member in Lithuania, with operations starting in late 2025. Over 250 talented professionals will work here and build their careers. It will be a highly robotic and automated factory with products reaching millions of homes in the US. Today we are looking for a Machine Operator who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working hours 2-10pm.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery Set up manufacturing equipment Use machine equipment to complete tasks Evaluate the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs and improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and customer standards
