About the role

Roc Nation, LLC seeks a Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs (Music) in New York City to support label, distribution, publishing and artist management operations. You will draft, negotiate, and structure deals while managing legal risk in a commercially minded way. You will collaborate with A&R, creative, marketing, and finance teams, providing day-to-day guidance and maintaining templates and processes. In-house experience is preferred.
