About the role
Agentio is hiring a Head of Creator Growth in New York to own the growth engine for creators and supply. You'll scale onboarding, activation, and monetization across paid and organic channels, driving a high-velocity marketplace that connects brands with top creators. You will work closely with leadership to build scalable growth loops, gamification, and data-driven activation, while owning a strong P&L and measurable outcomes in a fast-paced office setting.
