Full-Time | Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialist to manage hands-on digital marketing execution for a portfolio of local service business clients. You'll focus on Google Business Profiles, local SEO, WordPress optimization, citations, reviews, content, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable following established SOPs, and able to independently manage multiple client accounts without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Business Profile Management Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local service businesses. Improve listings through categories, photos, posts, Q&A, and ongoing optimization. Monitor GBP performance and identify opportunities for improvement. On-Page SEO & WordPress Implement on-page SEO updates directly in WordPress. Optimize metadata, headings, internal links, and website content. Follow established SEO SOPs accurately and independently. Keyword Research & Content Conduct local keyword research to support SEO and content strategies. Use AI-assisted tools to draft and refine content. Ensure content is accurate, useful, natural, and optimized for local search. Local Citations & Reviews Build and maintain accurate local citations across relevant directories. Monitor client reviews and respond where appropriate. Identify and flag reputation issues promptly. Performance Tracking & Reporting Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics to monitor performance. Track rankings, traffic, engagement, and other relevant metrics. Identify meaningful insights and communicate them clearly. Multi-Client Fulfillment Manage SEO and marketing deliverables across multiple client accounts. Track deadlines and maintain organized task queues. Consistently deliver accurate, high-quality work across the client portfolio.
Required:
Experience & Skills 2+ years of hands-on local SEO experience, preferably with local service businesses. Experience working with industries such as home services, healthcare, legal, or similar local businesses. Strong experience managing and optimizing Google Business Profiles. Experience with local citation building and review management. Comfortable working independently in WordPress. Strong understanding of on-page SEO, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and content optimization. Proficiency with Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools with strong editorial judgment. Strong written English and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and deliverables independently. Digital marketing agency experience is strongly preferred. Perfect Fit / Culture Follows SOPs consistently and understands the importance of repeatable processes. Takes ownership of workload and deadlines without constant supervision. Communicates proactively and flags issues or blockers early. Maintains high-quality work across multiple client accounts. Keeps up with local SEO trends, Google Business Profile updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Typical Day:
Your day will focus on hands-on execution across several local service business accounts. You may review Google Search Console for ranking or indexing changes, optimize a client's Google Business Profile, perform a citation audit, or make on-page SEO updates inside WordPress. You may also conduct keyword research and use AI tools to assist with content creation, refining the output to ensure it is accurate, natural, locally relevant, and aligned with SEO best practices.
