Job Description
What We're Looking For: Academic Coaches who can support High School students in a range of STEM subjects, including: Advanced Coursework: AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus BC, AP Stats Test Prep (Preferred): ACT, SAT, ISEE The Academic Coach Experience: Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility—no driving from home to home. A highly supportive and collaborative team environment Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches W-2 employment status Requirements What you should offer: Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence Are attending or have graduated from a 4-year university Are available 15+ hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Sundays (Our session hours: Mon–Fri, 3:00–9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am–6:00pm)
