About the role

Location: Remote - travel on east coast may be required *** Candidates must live on the east coast. General team size/dynamics Teams of 3-6 folks across levels including junior analysts (offshore / onshore). The consultant will play a Manager role - managing junior analysts, clients, workstreams and seeking guidance from the engagement director Skills Required 1. Core Technical & Analytical Skills Strong foundation in statistical modeling and machine learning Advanced SQL and Python/R proficiency Experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets Data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Power BI) Experience working in cloud-based data environments 2. Pharma / Life Sciences Domain Expertise Understanding of pharma commercial models (brand, specialty, rare disease) Experience with sales force effectiveness, targeting, and segmentation Knowledge of patient journey and claims-based analytics Experience supporting product launch and performance tracking Familiarity with common pharma data assets (e.g., claims, NPA, customer, labs etc.) 3. AI & Prototyping Capabilities Familiarity with AI/ML applications in commercial analytics Ability to build rapid prototypes, POCs, and MVP analytics solutions 4.
