About the role
- We feel the following qualifications would set you up for success in this role: Skills
- Experience with Illinois DOT and/or Illinois Tollway planning, design, plan production, and PS&EWorking knowledge of OpenRoads Designer; familiarity with ORD 3D modeling is a plus
- Strong interest in continued learning and expanding technical and leadership skills
- Experience leading or supporting quality control reviews
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Typically 10+ years of professional engineering experience, including 6+ years focused on roadway or transportation design
- Roadway design experience with IDOT and/or Illinois Tollway (required)
- Illinois P.E. or ability to reciprocate within six months

- SalaryRange: $150,000 – $180,000 Compensation is based on experience, technical qualifications, and overall fit. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
