About the role

As the Office Administrator, you will create a warm and inviting office experience for associates, clients, and vendors. You will be the eyes and ears of the office and view the office as your office. In this role you are responsible for ‘sparking joy’ in our Haus. Accountability: Ability to follow processes and procedures and meet deadlines. Maintain strong attention to detail to limit errors but be willing to acknowledge and correct errors, if they do happen, in a timely manner. Assume responsibility to ensure issues and concerns will be addressed and follow them through to a conclusion.Collaboration: Be respectful of diverse thoughts, views, and approaches. Collaborate with others to promote services and resources to meet associate and client needs. Encourage collaboration and partnership to develop relationships and build trust. Be willing to learn and adapt to the processes and preferences of associates and clients.Customer Service: Interact with Hausmann Group associates and clients in an empathetic and professional manner. Take every opportunity to appreciate each person’s needs, goals, preferences, and expectations. Understand the agency’s areas of expertise and service offerings and encourage associates and clients to utilize resources as appropriate.Communication: Present information clearly, concisely, and accurately. Use tact and discretion when managing sensitive information. Develop written communication and use it appropriately to communicate. You’re great at prioritizing competing interests and know when to ask others for help.Physical Requirements:Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for long periods, often 6–8 hours per day.Ability to use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.Good vision is necessary for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.Must be able to lift and carry up to 20lbs.Working Conditions:Position will be headquartered in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.Position will be fully on site.
