About the role

Overview As Analytics Engineer at Publicis Sapient, you design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest data from marketing platforms, Salesforce, APIs, and other sources. You transform and model data into trusted datasets for analytics, dashboards, and advanced modelling, while ensuring quality and governance. You build API-based integrations and Python solutions to automate ingestion and support AI-ready data assets. You work with AI tools to streamline development, testing, and documentation, contributing to client digital transformation. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting data from marketing platforms, Salesforce, and APIsDevelop data transformations and models for downstream analytics, reporting, and modelling Create and maintain API-based integrations and Python solutions for reliable data ingestion Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability through validation, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting Document metadata, data definitions, and lineage to improve discoverability and governance Structure datasets and docs to support AI/LLM use cases and AI-enabled workflows Key requirements 5+ years in analytics engineering or similar data-focused role Strong SQL and Python skills with production-grade pipelines Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Query Experience integrating data via REST APIs and related data sources with auth, pagination, error handling, and monitoring Experience with Salesforce data and its data structures Experience with marketing data ecosystems and CRM/campaign data Experience designing pipelines for analytics, dashboards, reporting, and modelling Understanding of data modelling, warehousing, data quality, governance, and production data engineering best practices Experience with data validation, testing, monitoring, and documentation of data assets Proficiency with modern AI tools and incorporating them into engineering workflowsSQLPython Snowflake Databricks Big QueryREST API integration
