Client Industry: Sports Title: Technical Support Specialist Location: Dallas, Texas (Onsite)
Duration:
6 months + extension/conversion Pay: $20-22/hr Must-have skills: 1–3 years in help desk, desktop support, or technical support Comfortable on both Windows 10/11 and macOS M365 administration and experience with an enterprise ticketing platform Network basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless troubleshooting Strong customer service and a calm head under pressure Truly available for irregular hours.
