Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Area. As a Key Account Manager, you will oversee and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include developing business plans, analyzing market trends, and providing outstanding customer service to meet client needs. You will also identify opportunities for growth within accounts and work collaboratively with clients to achieve their business goals.
Qualifications: Strong Account Management and Key Accounts expertise to build, maintain, and grow client relationships. Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and create effective business strategies. Experience in Business Planning to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans. Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes. Proactive problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a dynamic, on-site setting. Previous experience in client-facing roles or managing key account portfolios is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
