About the role

Northampton Lashes LLC is hiring two part-time Junior Lash Artists to join our studio in Northampton, MA. This entry-level role is designed for licensed cosmetologists or aestheticians seeking hands-on experience with mentorship and a clear path to independent client services. During the initial 30 days, 12 hours/week are paid at $17/hour, with training covering shadowing, mannequin practice, models, lash application/removal and sanitation.
