Job Description: We are searching for a Director to join a leading player in the defense industry, delivering complex maritime programs that support national security and naval readiness. As Program Director of Government Programs- you will play a critical role in overseeing large-scale government and defense-related initiatives, with a strong focus on Department of Defense (DoD) contracting. The average compensation for this role ranges between $170,000-$220,000.Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 10 Years of project leadership experience in the shipbuilding industry or major defense industry required Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar contracts from bid to delivery and experience with marine systems, including structural, outfitting, machinery, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, electronics, HVAC, etc. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
