About the role

Kaztronix LLC is seeking an Associate Director of Field Deployment & Incentive Compensation to lead data-driven field optimization. You will work with Field Leadership, HR, and Finance to design, implement, and administer incentive plans that drive performance across customer-facing teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, 7+ years in biopharma or related consulting, and experience in IC design/administration, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
