About the role
Office Administrator Tri-State Water, Power & Air is looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and sort incoming mail.
Post payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
Manage office filing systems, both physical and digital.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing.
Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with basic bookkeeping or payment processing is a plus.
