Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) – St. Augustine Premium Outlets Travelpro Luggage Outlet 2700 State Road 16, Suite 307-B, St. Augustine, FL 32092 Help Shape the Future of Modern Mobility Travelpro® is evolving — from a trusted legacy luggage brand into a modern, design-led mobility company built for people constantly in motion. We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to help deliver exceptional consumer experiences while supporting store operations and brand standards. This role supports sales performance, consumer engagement, merchandising execution, and operational consistency while helping create a welcoming and elevated retail environment. You will collaborate closely with store leadership and team members to support retail success and strengthen consumer relationships. What You'll Do: Elevate the Consumer Experience Deliver exceptional consumer engagement and personalized service that reflects the Travelpro brand Support sales goals and KPI achievement through effective selling behaviors and product knowledge Build strong consumer relationships while maintaining a welcoming store environment Assist consumers professionally while resolving questions and concerns Represent the Travelpro brand, products, and consumer lifestyle with enthusiasm Support Store Operations & Team Collaboration Partner with store leadership and team members to support operational and consumer engagement goals Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation standards Complete operational tasks accurately while following company policies and procedures Support store readiness, operational consistency, and additional initiatives as assigned Contribute to a positive, collaborative retail culture
Requirements: What Makes You Successful Consumer-focused, engaging, and service-orientedA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Professional, positive, and detail-oriented in fast-paced retail environments
What You Bring: Previous retail, sales, or consumer engagement experience preferred Passion for consumer experience, retail operations, and brand representation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
