Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Medical Billerto join a U.S.-based chiropractic practice. The primary focus of this role ismedical billing and revenue cycle management, with some light administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with medical billing in achiropractic practice, is highly comfortable working with insurance claims and accounts receivable, and has direct experience using ChiroTouch EMR .This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, follow up consistently, and communicate effectively with a U.S.-based healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities: Perform insurance verifications and confirm patient benefits and coverage. Handle insurancepre-authorizationsas required. Prepare, submit, and follow up on medical claims. Monitor claims status and resolve billing issues or rejected/denied claims. Manageaccounts receivable (A/R)and follow up on outstanding balances. Review accounts for accuracy and identify discrepancies. Follow up with insurance companies regarding unpaid or pending claims. Maintain accurate billing documentation and patient account information. UseChiroTouchto manage billing-related information and workflows. Provide light administrative support related to billing and patient accounts when needed. Communicate professionally with the U.S.-based healthcare team. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate is an experiencedmedical billing professional, not simply a general virtual assistant. They should be able to independently manage day-to-day billing responsibilities, understand the insurance and claims process, and work confidently inside ChiroTouch .ChiroTouch experience is mandatory for this position.
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on medical billing experience.
  • Previous experience working with achiropractic practice .Hands-on experience with ChiroTouch EMR — NON-NEGOTIABLE.Strong knowledge of medical billing and claims processes.
  • Experience with insurance verification andpre-authorizations .Experience managingaccounts receivable (A/R) .Strong understanding of insurance claims follow-up and resolution.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working with a U.S.-based healthcare team.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work-from-home setup.

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule .Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working specifically with U.S. chiropractic practices.
  • Experience handling denied, rejected, or unpaid claims.
