About the role

Toole Design in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior or Principal Traffic Engineer to lead traffic engineering design and analysis for multimodal networks. You will guide corridor studies, implement signals, markings, and signing, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative, employee-owned firm. You’ll work with MicroStation, Synchro, AutoCAD, SIDRA, and VISSIM, bring MUTCD standards to projects, and contribute to business development while promoting safe, equitable street design.
