About the role
VASA Fitness is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to own the enterprise-wide TA strategy and lead the recruitment function across club-level and Support Center roles in a multi-state, high-growth organization.
This role builds scalable infrastructure, technology, and a team needed to attract, hire, and retain top talent across approximately 18 districts and 80+ club locations spanning over 11 states.
