Experienced sales professionals will find a remote opportunity as a Texas Licensed Senior Account Executive focused on managing strategic target accounts in the Oil & Gas sector, executing the full sales cycle from initial interest to multi-million dollar contracts. Key responsibilities Own and manage a portfolio of strategic target accounts, executing relationship-building strategies to create repeatable buyers Drive the final stages of the sales process, ensuring deals progress to closure while meeting annual quota targets Build and maintain trust with technical champions and C-suite executives to establish Mainspring as a preferred partner for energy infrastructure Required qualifications 14+ years of experience in complex, high-TCV enterprise deals within the energy or heavy industrial sectors Deep domain expertise in Oil & Gas Midstream or Energy Transition preferred Proven track record of originating, negotiating, and closing complex hardware/infrastructure deals Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with startup grit Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
