Specialised Full-Time Consulting OpportunityWe are sharing a specialised full-time consulting opportunity for US-based project coordinators with experience supporting AI training-data programmes, cross-functional operations, expert teams, and complex data-driven workflows.This role supports a high-impact generative AI initiative focused on coordinating AI research and data operations. Selected professionals will serve as the operational link between programme leadership and domain experts, translate evolving requirements into clear instructions, monitor project delivery, support onboarding, and help maintain quality across growing AI data workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Data Project CoordinationServe as a day-to-day point of contact across AI training-data and human-feedback projectsCoordinate activities between programme leads, researchers, product partners, and domain expertsMaintain clear ownership, schedules, priorities, dependencies, and delivery expectationsIdentify operational gaps and help keep project workflows running smoothlyGuideline & Programme CommunicationTranslate leadership inputs and programme requirements into clear instructions for expert teamsContribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelinesCommunicate updates, process changes, quality expectations, and operational decisionsEnsure contributors understand current priorities and escalation pathwaysExpert Onboarding & Team SupportSupport the onboarding and integration of new experts as programme capacity expandsRespond to operational questions and direct complex issues to the appropriate stakeholdersHelp coordinate large, distributed, and cross-functional contributor groupsLead project calls or team discussions when requiredQuality, Reporting & Issue ResolutionMonitor project deliverables, completion status, quality signals, and operational risksIdentify recurring quality issues and assist with root-cause analysisFlag potential roadblocks early and coordinate appropriate follow-upParticipate in weekly business reviews and maintain organised notes, decisions, and action itemsTrack programme data using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, or related toolsIdeal ProfileStrong candidates may have: At least 3 years of professional experience in project coordination, project management, programme operations, or a related fieldHands-on experience supporting AI training-data, human-data, annotation, evaluation, or model-development programmesExperience coordinating large, cross-functional, or distributed teamsStrong data-management skills using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or similar toolsWorking knowledge of coding and technical project environmentsPrevious people-management experience or demonstrated ability to lead large groups effectivelyStrong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly as project requirements, priorities, and workflows evolveCurrent residence in the United StatesEducational BackgroundA degree in computer science, engineering, data science, mathematics, information systems, or another STEM field is strongly preferred.Education in project management, business operations, analytics, or a related discipline may also be relevant. Equivalent professional experience coordinating technical or data-intensive programmes may be considered.
