About the role

Our client is a world-class financial institution and industry titan, based in NYC. They have an immediate and urgent need for a Greeter/Receptionist. The position is located on site at their beautiful headquarters in Midtown, Manhattan.
Who You Are:
  • 2+ years’ customer service experience in a client-facing role
  • Preferred background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or similar
  • Calm, cool, and collected around high-profile clients
  • Must have extremely professional presence and demeanor
  • Collaborative and able to coordinate with multiple internal and external teams
  • Flexible to provide occasional early morning or evening event support
What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate meeting reservations, event details, and logistical updates using EMSSupport event planners with scheduling, data entry, and event preparation
  • Coordinate with Catering, AV, Security, Facilities, and other event partners
  • Submit facilities and service requests and assist with day-of event coverage
  • Provide general administrative support, including phones, packages, and supply management
  • Keep business center and shared spaces organized and client-ready

  • Meetings and events are accurately coordinated and well supported
  • Event planners receive responsive and reliable administrative assistance
  • Internal teams work together smoothly to deliver a strong client experience
Pay Rate Range: $25-27 per hour, based on experience
