About the role

MKS Inc. seeks a Director of Advanced Development to lead the Plasma, Reactive Gas, and Controls technology portfolio. You will set direction, align resources, and mentor scientists and engineers across global teams to deliver breakthrough technologies and transition them to product programs. Reporting to the VP, you will drive multi-year roadmaps, manage budgets, cultivate partnerships, and strengthen the IP portfolio.
