Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas is seeking a Vocational Staff member to oversee the Work Experience Program, guiding students through real-world jobs while modeling faith, integrity, and resilience. You’ll help them build character and practical skills in a structured, caring environment. You will lead and mentor teams, plan daily work, assign tasks, train teammates, and ensure safety, workflow, and quality control in a fast-paced setting.
