Calo & Sons Construction is hiring experienced gravel train, short double, and lead drivers in the greater Detroit metro area. Haul the materials that keep construction moving and return home daily.

What You ll Do Transport gravel, sand, dirt, concrete, and other aggregates while operating your truck safely and professionally.
Your responsibilities include:
Complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections. Maneuver and back equipment safely and skillfully. Maintain accurate activity logs and submit completed haul paperwork. Report equipment issues or incidents to dispatch. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, fellow drivers, and customers. What You ll Need Valid Class A CDL. Doubles/Triples endorsement. Experience operating gravel trains, short doubles, or lead trucks. Current DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
