Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance SupervisorAbbey Residential is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. Job responsibilities include maintaining the physical integrity of the property, ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors, and staff, and anticipating, identifying, and correcting any and all problems involving the property to implement procedures that will prevent such problems in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.Candidates must be high energy, positive, team-oriented, have a professional appearance, be highly detailed, performance-driven, organized, excellent service skills, able to manage and organize multiple projects, require a minimum of 3 years multifamily maintenance experience, and must have HVAC certification and CPO certification preferred. Weekend work is required.
