Since 2008, we've built a reputation as one of the Midwest's largest independent wireless retailers, selling and repairing approximately 8,000 devices annually. We are seeking someone who enjoys technology and thrives in a customer-focused environment. Technology knowledge is important, but personality, confidence, and the ability to connect with people are equally important. Primary Responsibilities: Your main focus will be sales, customer service, and helping customers choose the right devices and wireless services for their needs.

Daily Duties Include:

Selling new and pre-owned smartphones, tablets, accessories, and related products
Activating prepaid wireless service with multiple carriers, including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and others.
Assisting customers with device transfers, setup, and troubleshooting
Building relationships with customers and generating repeat business
Educating customers on products, services, and emerging technology
Providing exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and through email
Managing inventory and maintaining store presentation
Assisting with marketing and promotional activities, as well as e-commerce and social media.
Technical Responsibilities
Testing and troubleshooting mobile devices and wireless service issues
Evaluating devices for purchase, trade-in, and resale
Performing basic to advanced cell phone repairs (training available for the right candidate)
Assisting customers with technical questions regarding Apple, Samsung, and other major manufacturers
ExperiencePreferred 612 months of sales, wireless, retail, electronics, or technology experience is a MUST.Cell phone industry experience is a plus
Technical repair experience is beneficial but not required
We are willing to train the right individual who demonstrates strong technology knowledge, confidence, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
Bonus SkillsCell phone repair experience
Wireless carrier activation experience
Buyback and trade-in experience
Micro-soldering experience (eligible for premium compensation)
Candidates with professional micro-soldering experience may qualify for top-tier starting pay and additional compensation opportunities.
