AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring both internal and client work standards are met, facilitating ongoing development, and exceeding assigned revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure both internal and client work standards are met
- Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies
- Interpret KPI's and provide ongoing training and development
- Audit account-level activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction
- Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness
- Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Qualifications:
Experience leading a third-party collection team of 10-20 agents Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a third-party collection environmentAbility to interpret and leverage performance reports and KPI data
