What You’ll Experience Day to Day Work full time alongside a reliable, friendly crew in a cold manufacturing environment. Support food production operations while following all safety and security procedures. Stay active on your feet for extended stretches, with regular bending and twisting. Lift and move materials: 25–35 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Step up for overtime and weekend shifts when needed to meet demand. Compensation Hourly pay: $14.50–$19.00/hr., based on position and discussed during interview. Shift differential: +$1.50/hr. for 2nd and 3rd shift. Growth: Opportunity to bid into higher-paying roles after 6 months.
