Production Coordinator (Graphics Coordinator) | 6-Month Contract We're seeking a Graphics/Production Coordinator to support live broadcast productions in a fast-paced media environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in broadcast graphics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and managing creative assets across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate graphic asset creation, updates, and delivery for live broadcasts and studio productions Manage incoming creative requests and communicate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners Create and edit digital assets including Photoshop, After Effects, MP4, and broadcast graphic files Execute logo swaps, headshot updates, and brand-related creative changes while maintaining brand standards Support production workflows and ensure timely deployment of assets to game and studio production teams Maintain digital asset libraries and assist with content organization Serve as a liaison between Production, Creative Services, Marketing, Engineering, and external vendors
Qualifications: Experience in broadcast production, graphics coordination, creative operations, or production support Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and After Effects Familiarity with broadcast graphics systems such as Vizrt, Ross Xpression, or Chyron Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience within sports, live events, or broadcast media is highly preferred
Additional Details: 6-month contract with potential for extension Full-time hours Collaborative environment working closely with production, content, and creative teams The hourly range for this position is W2 $30-35/hr DOE.
