A growing, dynamic financial services firm is hiring an Executive Assistant / Business Support Partner to work closely with senior leadership in a highly visible role. Job Duties:
Provide shared administrative support to multiple leaders and teams, managing complex calendars and competing priorities. Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and expense reports. Organize leadership meetings, team events, and planning sessions; prepare agendas and materials and track follow-up items. Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and internal communications. Support onboarding, employee engagement, and office-wide initiatives in partnership with HR, IT, Facilities, and Finance. Coordinate administrative coverage and provide guidance to support team members. Improve administrative workflows, templates, and shared support processes. Anticipate needs, resolve scheduling and coordination issues, and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
7–10+ years of senior executive support or administrative operations experience in financial services, professional services, or a similarly fast-paced environment. Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a shared, team-based model. Strong organizational, communication, meeting coordination, and prioritization skills. Proven ability to improve processes and bring structure to evolving environments. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working independently through changing priorities.
