About the role

Rare opportunity to lead daily warehouse, inventory, logistics, and equipment maintenance operations for a renowned technical services team. Ideal applicants will enjoy managing people, processes, equipment, and priorities while remaining actively involved in day-to-day mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse and repair operations. Supervise and support a team of technicians. Manage schedules, workflow, priorities, and resource allocation. Coordinate equipment maintenance, testing, repair, and refurbishment activities. Maintain accurate inventory of equipment, spare parts, tools, and materials. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and logistics activities. Support field teams before, during, and after projects. Develop, implement, and enforce operational procedures and best practices. Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues. Assist with hands-on repairs and equipment maintenance as needed.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, technical services, manufacturing, distribution, or a related environment. Prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Experience repairing or maintaining technical, electronic, or electro-mechanical equipment. Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Microsoft Office proficiency. Forklift experience is a plus. Ability to occasionally travel and support evening or weekend operations when required.
