About the role
Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist for a 3-6 month contract position located in Cincinnati, OH. The position will be located onsite 5 days a week in the Mason, OH office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end users Ability to analyze logs within multiple Microsoft applications to resolve user issues Hardware and software support
Qualifications:
3+ years of MS Windows desktop operating system deployment experience required.2+ years of experience working with Entra ID and O365 Experience with hardware, asset management and imaging new computers Experience in using ITSM systems like Service Now is a plus.
