About the role
Overseeing daily operations of the customer service team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Customer Service Supervisor will manage performance standards, coach team members, and implement AI-enhanced tools to ensure excellent customer service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and motivate team members to achieve service quality and customer satisfaction goals
Develop leadership within the team by mentoring and modeling tech-enabled service behaviors
Monitor call center performance metrics and drive efficiency through AI integration
Required qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred
Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a call center environment
Prior experience leveraging AI-enabled resources to improve call center performance
Familiarity with performance management tools and strong analytical skills
