About the role
Serving as a primary non-clinical point of contact for members, the full-time remote Member Navigator will provide end-to-end support across healthcare programs, assisting with inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a seamless member experience.
Key responsibilities:
Provide timely and professional assistance to members through various communication channels, addressing questions and explaining program benefits
Gather and document essential member information, coordinating the scheduling process for healthcare services and facilitating communication among stakeholders
Research and resolve routine issues while escalating complex matters appropriately, maintaining accurate case documentation throughout the process Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a remote call center environment
High school diploma or GED
Experience in healthcare scheduling, customer service, or related support roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
