Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Insurance litigation team in Los Angeles, CA. This role supports attorneys in a fast-paced environment with California state and federal courts, focusing on discovery. Responsibilities include drafting and cite-checking briefs, coordinating subpoenas, reviewing medical records, managing case timelines, organizing files, trial prep, and client communications. A Paralegal Certificate and strong civil procedure knowledge are required.
