About the role
To drive revenue and enhance partnerships, the full-time salaried Partnerships Strategy Manager will build and scale go-to-market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on HRIS, disability insurance carriers, payroll systems, and PEO organizations, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Execute and operationalize Sparrow's GTM strategy for various partner types
Identify, secure, and deepen partnerships to enhance market presence and pipeline growth
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the primary contact for strategic partnerships
Required qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
Direct experience with insurance carriers, point solutions, and/or HRIS ecosystems
Deep understanding of the HR tech and/or insurance carrier ecosystem
Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships effectively
Experience working cross-functionally with technical, product, and service teams
