About the role
- Lead or support full-cycle BC finance implementations from requirements gathering through to post go-live support
- Configure and deploy core finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Budgets
- Conduct discovery workshops, fit-gap analysis and requirements documentation with client stakeholders
- Design and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems into Business Central
- Develop and deliver end-user training, SOPs and functional documentation
- Lead UAT planning, test script development and cutover activities
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- 5-7+ years of hands-on Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementation experience with a strong finance module focus
- Full life-cycle implementation experience across multiple client engagements
- Strong client-facing communication skills - comfortable presenting to C-suite and non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business requirements into BC solutions
- Willingness to travel to client and partner office locations when requiredUS-based, EST or CST time zone preferred
- MB-800 Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
- Experience with manufacturing, distribution or warehouse configurations
- Hands-on experience with ISVs including Power BI, eOne Popdock/Smart
- Connect, Binary Stream, Insight Works, Continia or Avalara**US Citizens & GC holders only / No Third-Parties
