Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $22.00 to $24.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities: Transition and organize data within Excel, ensuring accuracy in reporting and analysis. Perform data mining tasks, utilizing Excel formulas, index matching, and Tableau dashboards. Manage order downloads and uploads between systems in the wholesale department. Use Oracle and Excel functions such as macros, SUMIF, INDEXMATCH, and pivot tables to streamline workflows. Provide order entry support as a back-office function, ensuring smooth data processing.
Requirements: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Show experience with Oracle and other database systems for financial and business reporting. Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy across multiple processes. Adapt to a structured workflow where efficiency remains consistent for both large and small orders. Exhibit the ability to work independently in a fast-paced back-office environment.
Qualifications: Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills for managing large datasets. Communicate effectively to support internal teams with data processing and reporting needs. Apply problem-solving abilities to improve workflow automation and data handling. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
