About the role

Venture Community Services seeks an LPN to provide nursing care in a residential home setting for a small group of residents (2-5). The role offers a $34.00 hourly pay rate and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. You’ll report to the Nurse Manager and help ensure health and safety in daily care. Responsibilities include creating care plans, delivering nursing services, training direct care staff, and coordinating medical appointments to support residents’ independence and well-being.
