- Build modeling frameworks and processes that improve how the business receives trusted data products.
- Own core modeling work, includingsegmentation , customer lifetime value , retention, andforecasting .Establish the methodological standard for running experiments across the organization.
- Provide modern AI technical leadership for how analytics and AI solutions are built and shipped.
- Drive a shift in how stakeholders receive insights, moving towarddurable, scalable, self-service productspeople can trust and adopt.
- Identify opportunities to redesign analytical workflows with AI, then build solutions that deliver measurable improvements in speed and quality.
- Champion sound AI practices, includingrisk assessmentandbias mitigation .Mentor analysts or scientists by sharing reusable models, frameworks, and technical standards that raise capability over time.
- What you bring
- Adegreein a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.7+ yearsin data science or analytics, including leading technical work as an individual contributor and guiding data-informed strategy.
- Hands-on expertise in predictive modeling and machine learning, with experience buildingsegmentation , lifetime-value, andforecastingmodels.
- Strong command of experimentation and causal inference, including experience setting standards for an organization.
- Expert SQLand a modern data science toolkit, with a solid grasp of pipelines and data modeling.
- Technical leadership experience with AI technical leadership, including integrating AI tools to redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
- Proven success collaborating across
- Product , Engineering , Marketing, and
- Finance .Exceptional problem framing and communication, translating complex modeling into recommendations senior leaders can act on.A track record of mentoring and raising the technical capability of other analysts or scientists.
